I'm singing a happy little thank-you song in my head! We are so pleased the price for building-up the roof foundation was much less than we were expecting. Wonderful news! Huzzah! And, thank you for leaving things so clean and nice. When another roofing company did work for us in the past our yard in the front and back was a mess for days. Even when you weren't finished yet you left such a small footprint. I especially appreciate it because it is hard to keep our 6 year old daughter away from the back yard and there was very little to watch-out for. And boy, there is nothing quite like the feeling that comes with knowing we have a safe, new roof over our heads! Look forward to getting your quote on tuck-pointing all the walls of our house.

Tom, the new flat roof looks great. The skylight looks good, the roof hatch lifts off nicely. The slate roof was completed today; looks amazing! I am not used to seeing tiles all neat in a row! Some 13 years after Tom and his father Robert Daniel had replaced our roof, we decided it was time for a new one, even though we had no issue with the current one, which had been guaranteed to last 12 years. Tom Daniel made the whole process super easy. I was not stuck at home waiting for his men to come and check out the work site - they did that while I was out. I got the contract via e-mail, another easy step. Mr. Daniel's crew arrived on time on the appointed day, and was well-organized. The old roof was promptly dismantled and evacuated, the new one set up efficiently and cleanly. Everyone worked tirelessly for some 12 hours straight, no one complained and by the end of the day, the roof was done. I'm very grateful that the crew took old TV antennas and dishes from the roof, without charge. The job site was left very clean and I did not have to worry about sweeping dirt, etc. The price of the roof was reasonable and there were no unexpected charges. Now I have to cross my fingers that Mr. Daniel will be around the next time I need my roof changed! Peace of mind is priceless and it's nice to be able to trust people to do a good job for you.
Tom Daniel meets all the qualities that one needs in a roofing contractor. Not only does the job start promptly, is finished on time, and the area is clean when they leave, but most importantly he is trustworthy. When he says a repair is needed, I know that is both necessary and the cost will be reasonable. I can recommend him without hesitation.
After years of assurances from General Contractors that this, that or the other repair would work, we got Tom Daniel to replace the whole roof with a new copper roof. It is so nice to feel snug during the last few weeks of rain! Had I known the price would be so reasonable, I would have done it long ago. And, it looks handsome, too!
